What you will do

• Monitor mainframe and distributed systems via centralized operations console.
• Respond to system alerts following procedures and escalation paths.
• Track system availability and accurately document incidents.
• Use monitoring and console tools for daily operational activities.
• Communicate with global teams during incident handling and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mainframe support, IT operations, or systems monitoring
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system monitoring concepts
• Experience with system consoles and monitoring tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate English proficiency for documentation and global team communication

Nice to have

• High school diploma or technical degree in IT or related field
• Willingness to learn mainframe operations and z/OS tools
• Experience supporting both mainframe and distributed systems
• Exposure to availability monitoring or incident management
