What you will do

• Support and maintain automated processes across mainframe environments for operational efficiency and stability.
• Administer and optimize mainframe systems including z/OS, z/VM, and z/Linux platforms.
• Monitor system performance and control operations from the main console to ensure availability and reliability.
• Plan, schedule, and execute batch processes supporting critical business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and system issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with global teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting mainframe automation or related IT operations roles.
• Hands-on experience administering mainframe environments, including z/OS, z/VM, and z/Linux.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools in mainframe environments.
• Knowledge of batch processing, system monitoring, and main console operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation, incident reporting, and collaboration with global teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting automated workflows in complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to compliance-driven operational environments.
• Experience documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement.
