Product Manager (HR Operations): Building and scaling mass hiring operations in Colombia as a product with an accent on designing and developing the end-to-end hiring process. Focus on creating a structured, data-driven, and scalable system from candidate acquisition to onboarding.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Colombia

What you will do

  • Build and develop the end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia.
  • Design the selection process considering legal requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, defining bottlenecks, and validating hypotheses to improve key metrics.
  • Manage acquisition channels and optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Collaborate with HR automation and HR analytics teams to implement required tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a product or process using a data-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, hypothesis generation, and validation.
  • Experience in mass hiring / acquisition or similar high-volume funnel products.
  • Willingness to be hands-on in operations, not only designing processes but also implementing them.
  • Strong process thinking with the ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Fluent English and readiness to work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
