What you will do

• Administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, user management, and group policies.
• Handle networking tasks including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Implement virtualization, backups, and IT security practices.
• Apply analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ensure good communication and accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent (preferable).
• At least 4 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, user management, and group policies.
• Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and IT security practices.
• Analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and accountability.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, at least B2 level.
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
