Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions for production environments.
• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of new features, AI models, or pipelines.
• Work closely with the Flight Operations Expert for AI Products to ensure that the products are optimized for aerial operations and meet necessary safety and operational requirements.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, including data processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through best practices in testing, documentation, and continuous integration.
• Manage and mentor the Junior AI Engineer in the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in AI product development with Python.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, and data-driven system design.
• Knowledge of or an interest in the aerial industry.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
