Location: Kaunas, Vilnius. Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office recommended but not enforced.
Salary: €3,433 - €4,650 gross per month.

What you will do
- Define lifecycle stages and actionable segments based on data to improve user onboarding, retention, and cross-activation.
- Measure performance and success through AB testing and hold-out experiments.
- Propose and implement key metrics to measure business performance, proactively flagging issues and understanding root causes.
- Partner with your team and stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Cultivate a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in analytics and decision-making.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in a related field (statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics or similar) or equivalent working experience.
- Experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role (typically 2+ years of working experience).
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance depth of analysis with business impact.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Familiar with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer lifecycle management or Marketing campaign analytics.
