What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of underwriters conducting complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors.
• Engage in credit conversations, decision loans within authority, manage workflow, and communicate with Relationship Managers.
• Work efficiently to decision loan requests while mitigating risk.
• Prepare complex commitment reports for critical client accounts in multi-state markets.
• Provide consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client.
• Interact with Credit Risk Managers and Line of Business Leadership to lead loan presentations and provide additional information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of credit analysis/credit products underwriter and/or “business line” experience; or 20+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
