• Manage product development projects from scratch or upgrade existing e-commerce products.
• Manage a product team including product owners, system analysts, designers, and a testing team.
• Manage the project backlog, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines.
• Manage the project budget and achieve profitability goals.
• Interact with customers, control the execution of deadlines and quality requirements.

Требования

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Mandatory experience in custom development.
• Strong technical background: understanding of architecture, development, and integrations.
• Practical experience in managing teams and projects in e-commerce and data.
• Skills in budget management and achieving financial goals (experience with projects from ~20 million ₽).
• Developed communication skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• High level of responsibility and willingness to take responsibility for the results of the team's work, including its mistakes.
