Location: Athens, Greece. Hybrid Work Model (2 days working from home).

What you will do

  • Design and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Promote positive employee relations by addressing employee grievances and mediating disputes.
  • Develop and maintain programs that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, workplace safety, compensation & benefits and all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage daily office operations while partnering closely with all local vendors.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA degree in Human Resources, with professional certifications in HR considered a plus.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR generalist experience is preferred. Experience focus on HR operations and / or payroll will also be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labour laws, payroll and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
