What you will do

• Act as the crypto wallet product owner for CEX deposit, withdrawal, and safekeeping services.
• Oversee daily wallet operations, blockchain transactions, and maintain operational uptime.
• Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and technical testing.
• Monitor internal alerts and implement risk safeguards and controls.
• Simplify and automate internal processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Drive CEX business growth and develop new products to increase market share.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product or Operations Management.
• 5+ years in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies including EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
• Knowledge of wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services, MPC, HSM, and KSM.
• Experience with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.

• Experience in TradFi Issuer Services & Custody.
