What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the enterprise Developer Platform.
• Build, prototype, and validate core platform capabilities through hands-on engineering.
• Architect and implement agentic automation features including LLM-powered coding assistants and autonomous pipelines.
• Treat the Developer Platform as a product, building POCs and validating feedback.
• Lead by doing: write production code, build prototypes, and debug complex platform issues directly.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering or architecture with extensive hands-on technical delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to implement cloud-native architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of software supply chain patterns.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
