What you will do

• Define and guide best practice user research and experience design methodology.
• Drive customer outcomes through research and user testing, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Work with complex user interfaces, web and native mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Apply design thinking processes.
• Facilitate workshops and/or design sprints.

Requirements

• Ability to define and guide on best practice user research and experience design methodology.
• A passion for driving customer outcomes through research and user testing, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience working with complex user interfaces, web and native mobile applications.
• Excellent techniques for creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proven track record of applying design thinking processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and/or design sprints.
