What you will do

• Serve as a primary voice for World of Tanks Blitz, engaging proactively with players across community platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Ukrainian and Russian-speaking player communities.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Manage content for social media and community channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Plan and execute community activities, player events, campaigns, and livestreams.
• Analyze community sentiment and feedback to prepare regular digests for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, communications, or moderation.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian (written and verbal).
• English: B1 level or higher required.
• Strong interest in mobile or PC gaming with a deep understanding of gaming communities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global titles.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis and sentiment reporting.
• Experience producing or hosting livestreams.
• Familiarity with livestreaming, audio, and video production tools.
