What you will do

• Provide expert training, product demos, and onboarding to distributors and end-users via classroom sessions, webinars, and on-site visits.
• Develop comprehensive training courses, FAQs, and learning materials for the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Assist sales teams at industry events, congresses, and exhibitions across France.
• Manage demo products in France and coordinate distribution to resellers and events.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to convey market feedback and improve product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals to ensure effective communication and support.

Requirements

• Dental background (e.g., Dentist, Dental Hygienist, or Dental Technician) is required.
• Previous experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or Application Specialist within the dental industry.
• Knowledge of dental CAD/CAM systems and hirify.global hardware/software (TRIOS).
• English proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work within a matrix organization.
