What you will do
- Lead vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Plan and execute advanced penetration testing, delivering actionable, risk-based reports.
- Monitor and analyze complex security incidents, driving triage and root cause analysis.
- Optimize security controls including firewalls, network segmentation, and endpoint configurations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to integrate security into the system development lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units for security risk assessments and strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or penetration testing.
- Must be willing to work on-site in i-City, Shah Alam.
- Proficiency in security tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, and SIEM platforms.
- Technical expertise in network protocols, OWASP Top 10, and threat detection methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing security in AWS environments and Linux administration.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as OSCP, CEH, Security+, eJPT, or GIAC.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership or project ownership.
