Location: Must be available to work at night (from 2AM - 9AM) in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Implement and monitor the processing of inquiries and applications addressed to the department.
• Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of customers by ensuring timely and effective communication across multiple channels (phone, email).
• Build trust and foster long-term relationships with customers by ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Extract data on customer behavior, preferences, and gaming habits to provide relevant promotional offers and incentives.
• Monitor customer activity and respond promptly to any concerns, issues, or inquiries.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to develop personalized approaches for customers, provide bonuses, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Fluent and proficient in the native language Armenian.
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• General understanding and knowledge of iGaming, sports betting, or casino operations.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Good knowledge in Google Drive.
