What you will do

  • Efficiently execute assigned tasks, ensuring their proper implementation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and modification of bonuses, templates, and tournaments.
  • Deploy and technically execute public and private promotional campaigns and intricate customer journeys within the CRM system.
  • Maintain communication with BetCo CRM and BO teams for bug reporting, feature enhancements, and knowledge sharing.
  • Share new experiences, insights, and updates with the team, and ensure setup documentation is kept up-to-date.
  • Test preparation and checking for the new hires, implementation of new training programs for the new employees and supervision.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word ) Working with tables, Data filtration, Custom sorting, Pivot tables creating.
  • English (B2 Level)
  • BO (Back Office) Platform Knowledge: Ability to manage player information, create and Checking bonuses, generate promo codes, set up tournaments with free bets and spins, and ensure promotional activities are properly configured.
  • CRM Platform Expertise: Competence in extracting customer information, performing dynamic and static segmentation, executing campaigns, generating customer activity reports, and promotional campaigns feasibility checking.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Knowledge of Cashback/Jackpot (CJ) structures and the ability to configure advanced settings using multiple filter.
  • JIRA: Opening tasks, changing task status, assigning tasks, explain reporters the setup specifics, provide deadline and reporting information, bug reporting.
