Senior Customer Success Specialist

TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Specialist: Improving usage and adoption of UTD and Lexicomp, working with clinical departments within hospital and academic institutions with an accent on delivering engaging onsite and live online training to end users. Focus on uncovering and addressing access challenges and resolving any technical barriers to usage.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Tokyo, Japan. Willing and able to travel to customer sites (average 60% travel – will vary by quarter).

What you will do

• Design effective product launch/onboarding & training strategies to improve usage and adoption of UTD and Lexicomp.
• Deliver engaging onsite and Live online (remote) training to end users to increase usage and awareness within each site.
• Partner with sales/support teams for complex customer solutions.
• Uncover and address access challenges and resolve any technical barriers to usage.
• Provide consistent account feedback and market data to the sales, marketing and product teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Clinical background with experience in training/strategic planning.
• Experienced with remote training and e-learning.
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel to customer sites (average 60% travel – will vary by quarter).
