What you will do
- Define and own the design vision and strategy for payment products.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers.
- Drive end-to-end product design from discovery and journey mapping to UI specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product flows and reduce friction.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and product requirements.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure designs adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record designing scalable payment systems, e-wallets, or financial services platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine digital payment landscape and regulatory framework.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, UI execution, and impact on business metrics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing for mass-market, mobile-first audiences in emerging markets.
