What you will do

• Develop and maintain core trading modules including order reception, matching engines, and fund settlement.
• Optimize system performance to handle peak traffic and ensure millisecond-level order processing.
• Design distributed architectures to support high availability and scalability.
• Implement complex trading logic such as margin management, position closing, and margin calls.
• Collaborate with quantitative teams to develop high-frequency trading APIs.
• Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of Java development experience with at least 1 year in trading systems.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming, JVM tuning, and distributed system design.
• Proficiency with high-performance frameworks like Netty and Disruptor.
• Experience with middleware such as Kafka, Redis, and MySQL in high-load scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying performance bottlenecks and business anomalies.
