What you will do

• Deliver interactive leadership and soft skills workshops for enterprise consulting audiences.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on accountability and structured thinking.
• Adapt facilitation styles in real-time to match the energy of high-performing groups.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and participant feedback metrics.
• Bridge the gap between high-level consulting theory and operational execution.
• Facilitate a specific 15-session program, 2-hours each, onsite in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Heredia, Costa Rica.
• English: C1+ required for a bilingual professional environment.
• 5–7 years of experience in facilitation, learning and development, or coaching.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Big 5 consulting environments like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, or Accenture.
• Strong executive presence and ability to command a room of high-achievers.
• Proven ability to read group dynamics and pivot style accordingly.

Nice to have

• Professional background in psychology, organizational behavior, or adult learning.
• Coaching certification from ICF or equivalent bodies.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and data dashboards.
• Experience navigating the local Costa Rican professional landscape.
