What you will do

• Formulate the company's frontend technical strategy, roadmaps, and system architecture plans.
• Lead the design and optimization of core frontend systems using Vue3, React, TypeScript, Flutter, and React Native.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle of web and mobile applications (web, app, H5).
• Establish frontend security standards and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA).
• Build, manage, and develop the frontend team, defining OKRs and performance assessment standards.
• Coordinate with product, backend, UI/UX, and compliance teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend development experience, including 5+ years in senior team management.
• Proficiency in Vue3/React, TypeScript, and cross-platform development (Flutter/React Native).
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, security (anti-XSS, anti-CSRF), and performance optimization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

• Experience in compliant digital currency exchanges or large-scale fintech institutions.
• Experience leading the transformation from monolithic to componentized architecture.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital asset underlying logic.
