What you will do

• Define app development strategy, technical roadmap, and annual/quarterly plans aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Own full lifecycle mobile app delivery: demand review, technical design, development, unit/integration/UAT testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead app security and compliance management: security standards, audits/vulnerability scanning, and ensuring compliance with global and local digital-asset regulations and app store rules.
• Build and manage the app development team (OKRs, performance, training, talent retention) and drive technical innovation.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally (product, trading, compliance, risk control, operations) and with backend teams for app-backend integration.
• Manage app projects and budgets: plans, progress/cost/quality control, risk identification and mitigation, and post-release reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of mobile app development and management experience, including 3+ years managing an app development team; preferred experience in fintech/digital currency/payment/internet finance.
• Strong expertise in mobile app development technologies and at least one framework: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native).
• Deep knowledge of app architecture, performance optimization, security encryption, and app store release/update/maintenance processes.
• Experience with digital currency exchange business flows (spot trading, derivative trading, fund recharge/withdrawal) and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and project/code management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Git, SVN).
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written).

• Experience managing compliant digital currency exchanges and their app compliance needs.
• Experience leading cross-platform app development (Flutter/React Native) with performance and security reinforcement.
