What you will do

• Set GQ Taiwan’s editorial direction and strategy across site, social, video, and print to grow audience and drive revenue.
• Implement digital, video, and social best practices in close coordination with the Global GQ team.
• Oversee local content production, ensuring quality and efficiency while managing legal and cultural sensitivities.
• Collaborate with commercial and consumer revenue teams to identify and support revenue-driving opportunities.
• Lead the creative execution, content strategy, and hosting of major brand events such as Suit Walk and Men of the Year.
• Manage, coach, and develop the local editorial team, including goal setting and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in editorial leadership and content strategy.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and develop junior talent.
• Experience producing high-quality content for digital, social, and print platforms.
• Strong coordination skills for collaborating with global leadership committees and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
