What you will do

• Develop corporate strategy and advance the company's equity story by distilling market trends into strategic ideas.
• Manage day-to-day Investor Relations, including quarterly results, press releases, monthly updates, and annual reports.
• Build and deepen relationships with external parties, including competitors, industry experts, VC/PE investors, and regulators.
• Create a best-in-class intelligence and knowledge base to inform communications for investors and analysts.
• Support corporate finance topics such as M&A, financing, and management of the venture capital portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, investor relations, M&A, or capital markets within financial services.
• Strong affinity for global financial markets and evolution of market structures, including crypto, digital assets, and DeFi.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or STEM; Master/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and scenario building.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
