What you will do

• Design and implement trading tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and manage tools for effective liquidity management and risk mitigation.
• Analyze and optimize the flow of funds across various trading and operational accounts.
• Identify and implement automation solutions for repetitive trading and liquidity tasks.
• Support the development and optimization of the RFQ (Request for Quote) process to improve pricing and execution.

Requirements

• Experience in the Crypto OTC sector, preferably within a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Proven track record in nurturing and handling diverse institutional relationships across different cultures.
• Capability in forming and guiding high-performance sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
