Vice President, Data Center Construction (Data Centers)

Vice President, Data Center Construction (Data Centers): Leading the North American construction team in building greenfield data centers, modular projects, and infrastructure upgrades with an accent on project management, cost control, and MEP trades. Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide daily leadership for North American construction teams, managing Directors, Project Managers, and consultants.
• Lead greenfield data center deployments, modular construction projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversee site plans, commissioning services, and project cost estimates to ensure time, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with predevelopment and design teams to create master development programs for sites.
• Develop and communicate deployment plans, costs, and schedules with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to site evaluations and make recommendations for site selections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience within mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in the REIT or Data Center industry.
• Extensive experience with management of MEP trades.
• Proven track record in timely project delivery, cost control, and leadership.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
