What you will do

• Execute and maintain QA processes, including test planning, case design, and defect tracking.
• Manage the end-to-end mobile app submission process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to create detailed test plans.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and work with development teams to facilitate defect resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, cases, and QA processes.
• Perform risk assessments and make data-driven decisions to improve event quality.

Requirements

• Entry-level technical background; internships or project work in tech are a plus.
• High level of comfort with mobile app ecosystems (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical checklists without error.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to identify technical discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with delivery teams.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and "Any State" requirement).
