What you will do

• Support the implementation of NRC Palestine and Global HAS Management Systems at the West Bank area level.
• Contribute to the development of area-level HAS documents, including contingency plans, access strategies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide inputs into Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and access assessments for new operational locations.
• Facilitate HAS induction sessions, briefings, and debriefings for staff and visitors.
• Monitor vehicle and staff movements and ensure safety equipment is available and functional.
• Liaise with UN agencies, NGOs, and local authorities to share security information and increase humanitarian access.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of non-profit or NGO work experience within international humanitarian assistance programs.
• Very good knowledge of English and Arabic (writing and speaking).
• Ability to travel throughout the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
• Good knowledge of Palestinian territories and proficiency in using maps (Google My Maps, Google Earth, and QGIS).
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hebrew.
• Relevant experience in humanitarian or development operations.
