What you will do

• Develop and maintain software layers that power AI inferencing on custom silicon.
• Design and implement modern APIs for model execution and workload deployment.
• Optimize end-to-end inference speed through batching, caching, and model parallelism.
• Collaborate on building scalable, reliable backend systems for AI applications.
• Benchmark and improve performance bottlenecks in the inference stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia
• Strong experience in backend engineering and system design.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Linux-based environments.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code and solve complex performance problems.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required.
