What you will do

• Extend and optimize the ML training framework with new operators, layers, and training features.
• Debug and tune model performance specifically for hirify.global custom silicon.
• Collaborate with compiler and kernel teams to ensure models compile and run as expected.
• Support the integration of real-world models and facilitate their transition into production.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++ and low-level systems programming for performance-critical code.
• Deep understanding of tensors, memory layout, and compiler graphs.
• Experience with PyTorch and an understanding of how frameworks map to hardware.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Santa Clara, CA.
