What you will do

• Investigate and experiment with AI/ML solutions for document understanding, search, Q&A, and virtual agents.
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop secure and performant machine learning models for content generation.
• Apply large-scale data processing and ETL methodologies to extract insights and guide ML system development.
• Execute automated testing and validation processes to ensure the integrity and robustness of ML solutions.
• Document and communicate implementation details and development processes with peers and supervisors.
• Ensure the security and compliance of healthcare data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, including Deep Neural Networks, Transformer-based LLMs, RAG, and decision trees.
• Basic knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, efficient algorithms, and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity for logical thinking.
• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, CO or New York, NY.
