TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (.NET/React): Developing new features and maintaining critical systems for an AI-powered end-to-end hiring platform with an accent on scalability, clean code, and system evolution. Focus on building front-end interfaces with React, optimizing C# backend services, and implementing AWS infrastructure.

Location: Remote within LATAM (Brazil preferred). Hybrid option available at the Florianópolis office.

What you will do

  • Develop new features and maintain critical systems for a Product Assessment team.
  • Write efficient, readable, and scalable code using C# (.NET) and React.
  • Design and build front-end interfaces and contribute to architectural decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software to ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in a cross-functional environment.
  • Test and deploy applications using a modern DevOps stack including AWS and Terraform.

Requirements

  • Senior-level professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and React.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and architectural patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing.
  • Must be based in Brazil or the LATAM region.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS Step Functions.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors.
