What you will do

• Design and implement seamless connections between the platform and external ATS systems.
• Innovate on bespoke internal tools to improve user experience and complex internal workflows.
• Proactively identify and drive solutions to automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization.
• Contribute to the design of scalable solutions, write comprehensive tests, and perform thorough code reviews.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to new or associate team members.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with .NET (C#) and React.
• Solid experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience working on existing production systems and handling technical ambiguity.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Exposure to test automation practices.
• Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition.
