Location: Remote (US). Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, or UT (others may be evaluated). Working hours: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm ET.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain infrastructure supporting hirify.global operated platforms in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Monitor and manage scalable infrastructure solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Debug build systems and utilize metrics and analysis to continuously improve build performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and monitor system capacity to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the information security team to identify and mitigate software and hardware vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems and corresponding network architectures.
• Deep proficiency in Linux and Linux Internals, including expert-level Unix command line skills.
• Strong experience with Python and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD and automated testing (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Artifactory, Splunk, Netbox, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers in production environments.
