Salary: $115,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to ownership and executive leadership to strengthen people-centric infrastructure.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee payroll processing and HRIS administration, including company-wide rollout and optimization of ADP.
- Design and administer benefits plans, including 401k retirement plans and compensation strategies.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, leadership coaching, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with laws and regulations across multiple states.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strategic, hands-on approach.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Danvers, MA.
- Proven experience leading HR systems integration and implementation, preferably with ADP.
- Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment laws, compliance, and regulations.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
