What you will do

• Software Engineering: Build game architecture, UI/UX, gameplay logic, motion control algorithms, and internal tools.
• Product Design: Participate in game design, rapid prototyping, and iterate based on playtesting feedback.
• Tech Research: Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team to drive collective growth.
• (For Senior level) Lead project development, collaborate across disciplines, make key technical decisions, and track progress.

Requirements

• Growth Mindset: Humble and eager to learn. Active in side projects (open-source softwares, indie games etc.) is a plus.
• Creative and loves exploring fresh ideas.
• Interested in creating family-friendly games for kids, parents, and seniors. (Being a parent is a plus!)
• You care deeply about details and aim for world-class quality.
• You write clean, maintainable, and robust code.
• Familiarity with Unity. Experience shipping high-quality games is a bonus.
