Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS): Managing end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles across European markets with an accent on proactive sourcing and stakeholder management. Location: Onsite at the Copenhagen Office (Skelbækgade 2)
Salary: 28,000 - 38,000 DKK a month

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for commercial roles (Sales and Customer Success) across multiple European markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market insights and candidate evaluation.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data using the TeamTailor ATS.
- Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably as an in-house recruiter.
- Proven experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Customer Success.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment with evolving priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Must be based in Copenhagen.

- Fluency in German, Spanish, Danish, Italian, or French.
