Location: Onsite at the Copenhagen Office (Skelbækgade 2)

Salary: 28,000 - 38,000 DKK a month

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for commercial roles (Sales and Customer Success) across multiple European markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market insights and candidate evaluation.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data using the TeamTailor ATS.
  • Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably as an in-house recruiter.
  • Proven experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment with evolving priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German, Spanish, Danish, Italian, or French.

Hiring process

  • Initial 15-30 minute online screening interview.
