TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Application Services team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and support of business-critical applications in a 24/7 operational model.
- Manage incident resolution, service requests, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Define and manage SLAs and KPIs related to application availability and performance.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Application Support or Application Services leadership role supporting critical systems.
- Strong background in incident management, service delivery, and operational support in high-availability environments.
- Experience managing and mentoring technical support or application services teams.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and integrations.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and modern application architectures.
- Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Zabbix.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
