What you will do

• Set up observability dashboards and alerts, while scripting repetitive ticket steps to improve efficiency.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and translate user pain points into actionable product improvements.
• Prototype lightweight AI agents (e.g., Telegram bots) with reusable skills for log fetching and health checks.
• Optimize incident management workflows and ITSM tooling to streamline operations.
• Implement MLOps/AIOps basics, including deployment, rollback, and drift monitoring.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a major in CS, Data, AI, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Linux, scripting (Shell/Python), and basic SQL.
• Ability to write clear, actionable technical runbooks and documentation.
• Basic understanding of AI agents and their skills.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with K8s, CI/CD, or Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps projects.
• Experience building LLM agents using LangChain or function calling.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
