What you will do

• Transform system requirements into architecture solutions for robotic systems.
• Lead cross-functional design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and system-level simulations to guide technical choices.
• Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Drive design and architecture reviews to maintain consistency between requirements and testing.
• Implement processes to enhance requirements traceability and validation workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in system engineering within robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• MSc in Engineering (PhD is a plus).
• Proven experience leading full system lifecycles from concept to validation.
• Strong background in system architecture and requirements engineering.
• Broad engineering culture with understanding of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing technical interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAS or defense systems.
