What you will do

• Perform technical enabling of hirify.global Ethernet products for both discrete controllers and integrated IP on SOC.
• Debug and resolve complex issues related to Ethernet NIC integration with x86 CPU architecture and system platforms.
• Independently manage and resolve customer technical issues as a primary delivery point.
• Collaborate with hardware developers to facilitate firmware debugging and driver enabling.
• Handle multi-tasking and customer management for high-impact technical resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar technical area.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet protocols such as IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, DHCP, ICMP, LLDP, MPLS, VLAN, VXLAN, DNS, BGP.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux drivers for Ethernet devices in x86 systems.
• Proven experience with x86 Server platform building blocks, including BIOS and BMC.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise workloads, cloud computing, HPC, AI, or edge technologies.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise network devices including Switches, Routers, Gateways, access points, or firewalls.
• Ability to deliver high-quality technical presentations.
