Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments) | Cyprus

We are looking for a strong Sales Manager to join a fast-growing fintech team working with high-risk verticals (Forex, iGaming) and building a scalable international business.

💼 What you will do:
— build and execute a sales strategy across target geographies and verticals
— own the full sales cycle: from reaching decision makers to closing deals
— develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants
— analyze the market, competitors, and identify growth opportunities
— influence product development through close work with key clients
— mentor less experienced team members

🎯 We are looking for someone who:
— has proven B2B sales experience in Fintech / Payments / PSP / Gateway
— understands how online payments work
— can engage with C-level stakeholders (CEO / COO / Head of Payments)
— has a strong network in Forex and/or iGaming
— excels at building long-term client relationships
— is fluent in English
