Location: Hybrid in Monterrey, Mexico with potential to become 100% remote after full training.

What you will do

• Secure freight capacity and manage load assignments.
• Monitor shipments for on-time pick-up, transit, delivery, and empty returns.
• Maintain strong relationships with shippers, receivers, and carriers through professional communication.
• Negotiate spot shipments with carriers and customers.
• Identify patterns in shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced Spanish and English (written, oral, and presentation skills)

Nice to have

• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Reporting and analytics skills (ability to run BI reports, validate data, and provide insights).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP.
