Salary: 15,000–30,000 PLN net/month (B2B)

What you will do

• Independently implement BLE solutions in real-world IoT projects.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using iOS or Android stacks.
• Design communication protocols and manage peripheral connections for connected devices.
• Troubleshoot BLE connectivity issues and perform performance optimization.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on complex product challenges.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience with BLE protocols and peripheral connections.
• Strong expertise in either iOS (Swift, Core Bluetooth) or Android (Kotlin, BLE APIs).
• Experience working with IoT, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Testing and mobile development best practices.
• Fluent English (B2+) required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bluetooth 5+ features like Long Range and Mesh.
• Background in IoT security and encrypted communication.
• Experience with functional reactive programming such as RxSwift or Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of Apple MFi programs or Android Auto.
