Location: Netanya, Israel (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Enhance operational efficiency and robust functionality for the hirify.global Ad Manager for Performance campaigns.
• Develop scalable pipelines to manage attribution from publisher to advertiser environments.
• Build innovative solutions for KPIs including CTV Performance, Dynamic Product Ads, and DCO.
• Develop robust and safe code for direct integration into advertiser websites.
• Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to adapt Cloud infrastructure for new features.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer is required.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Scala, and Go.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in proving ideas before development.
• Proven track record with multiple shipped software projects.
• Production knowledge covering release, observability, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
