What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain secure platform services that underpin global engineering efforts.
• Create powerful APIs and intuitive tools to streamline developer workflows and enhance productivity.
• Take end-to-end ownership of services from design to production monitoring and optimization.
• Champion the adoption of cloud-native technologies and AI advancements within the platform.
• Manage CI/CD processes including pipeline optimization, artifact management, and quality gates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks and incidents.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
• English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Spring Boot or Kafka.
• Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
