• Build a long-term technical vision for the AI department aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and coach data scientists and engineers to foster professional growth.

• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Contribute hands-on to architectural discussions, feature implementation, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience managing software or data teams with a record of technical mentorship.
• Strong background in Statistics or AI/ML with an ability to apply the scientific method to engineering challenges.
• Excellent command of English to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for delivering complex projects.
• Ownership mindset regarding the full software development lifecycle.
