What you will do

• Monitor network performance and maintain availability for mainframe and specialized platform environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot VTAM protocols and mainframe network connectivity.
• Analyze and resolve network latency and performance issues to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network changes, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations.
• Document configurations and ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe network support or administration.
• Proven proficiency with z/OS environments and VTAM protocols.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and global team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of enterprise network security principles and ITIL-based incident management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in large-scale enterprise environments.
