What you will do

• Coordinate shift maintenance technicians and manage equipment maintenance scheduling.
• Plan and conduct on-the-job training for maintenance personnel.
• Support supervisor operations including personnel allocation and work order management.
• Provide recommendations regarding associate development, cross-training, and disciplinary actions.
• Identify and eliminate weak areas in equipment and maintenance processes.
• Advise on the planning, selection, and procurement of production equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work the Graveyard shift.
• Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong background in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage maintenance schedules.
• Understanding of company safety policies and procedures.
